Long story short, I experienced a very unexpected cathartic event during the second half of that day. Caught me completely by surprise. I have been desperately trying all sorts of avenues to make a safe, ongoing connection with my inner core (child) and somehow you provided another opportunity for us to communicate again. It was wonderful. I was able to meet with myself, revisit my mother daughter connection with myself and the earth, the earth mother ... it was incredible. The practices are all done individually, it is a mixture of theory/learning and then a chance to meditate as a group and finally experience a full sound immersion with Matt at the end.
