Please Note: There are limited amount of rooms with twin share, double bed occupancy and single occupancy. We can not shuffle beds to accomodate once filled.
 
If you are coming alone and book a twin share, we will place you in a twin share with someone of the same gender.
 
If you are coming with someone else and are wanting to be in the same room, please ensure you email us immediately after purchase with both names and contact numbers to ensure you are placed in the same room (twin room or double bed).

Cancelation Policy
1. Cancellations made before July 21st, 2023 (90 days before the retreat start date):

a. will receive a full refund less a $350 cancellation fee,
b. or can be issued a retreat credit for the ticket price paid, valid for one year, which can only be transferred to another retreat one time.

2. Cancellations made between July 22nd and September 01st, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the full payment price.

3. Cancellations made after September 01st, 2024 (less than 6 weeks before the retreat start date) will result in a total loss of funds.

4. If you are able to find a replacement for your booking then the above cancellation terms will not apply.

a. Live In Flow will not be responsible for finding a suitable replacement, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
b. Transfers must be advised and completed no later than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

5. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the retreat minimum. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.

6. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

7. If the change or cancellation is due to force major (i.e. political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, Acts of God, adverse weather or other similar events beyond the control of Live In Flow Retreats, there will be no refunds given. Please ensure your travel insurance policy covers you for any cancellations.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

What time is check in and check out?
The retreat commences on Wednesday at 3:00 PM. The doors to the hall will be opened 15 minutes prior to the retreat, and registrations at the hotel reception will be possible from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.

Yes, this retreat is open to everyone.
How can I pay for the ticket?
The Early Bird ticket price is available at €1497 per person (Twin Shared or Double Occupancy - Full Price €1797) or €1997 per person (Single Occupancy - Full Price €2297). We utilise our partner Elopage's payment system for all transactions.

What's included in the price?

Do I need to bring anything with me?
Before the retreat, you will receive instructions on what to bring to make your work and stay as comfortable as possible.

In advance, if you wish, you can prepare comfortable clothing, your favourite blanket or warm scarf, a water bottle, and an eye mask for meditations.
Are spots limited?
Yes, spots are limited. We aim to create an intimate atmosphere where we can connect and surrender to the process. That's why spots are limited 💚
What if I can't attend the retreat?
If you find yourself in a situation that prevents you from attending the retreat on the scheduled days, you have the following options with your ticket:

a) Transfer or sell it to another person who is interested in attending the retreat (in your own arrangement).

b) Exchange it for a voucher* that you can use for another service or retreat offered by Petra Brzović (Fertilite j.d.o.o.).

* The voucher amount will be reduced by fixed costs, fees, and services.
How do I get from Zagreb Airport to the hotel?
1st option is TAXI:
You can take a taxi directly from Zagreb Airport to Sv. Martin na Muri. Taxis are usually available outside the airport terminal, and you can easily find one at the designated taxi ranks. Make sure to confirm the fare with the taxi driver before starting your journey.

2nd option is RENT-A-CAR:
Another option is to rent a car at Zagreb Airport and drive to Sv. Martin na Muri. This option offers flexibility and allows you to explore the region at your own pace. There are several car rental companies operating at the airport, and you can book in advance or upon arrival (drive is 1 and a half hour): book here.

3rd option is Public Transportation:
While there are not direct public transportation from Zagreb Airport to Sv. Martin na Muri, you can take a combination of buses and taxis. You can first take a shuttle bus or taxi from the airport to the main bus station in Zagreb, and then look for connections to Sv. Martin na Muri. Be sure to check the schedules and plan your journey accordingly.

To get from Zagreb Airport to Zagreb Station, where the buses depart, you can either take a taxi or use the regular bus line, as indicated in the schedule.

What food is provided on retreat?
The food is one of the highlights! And don't worry, you will be well fed.
 
The meals provided will be a variety of vegetarian and some meat dishes. Veganism can be catered for (make sure you let us know on your dietary requirements form).

We will do its best to accommodate your dietary requirements. Please make sure you have submitted your dietary requirements form to Live In Flow.
 
We've spared no expense with this as we believe the choices of food we eat effect our health, our environment and our communities.
 
Croatia has an abundance of local fresh produce and we want to take advantage of this.

This allows us to use organic and pesticide-free whenever possible. All food is prepared on-site, ensuring us the absolute freshest food possible.

Can we cook in the premises?
No, there are no cooking facilities in the rooms, and the hotel kitchen is not available to guests.
Do you have massage appointments?
Not during the retreat. You can book massage appointments pre and post retreat if you are staying longer than the retreat dates.
Do you have laundry service?
The hotel offers a laundry service.
Are there yoga mats & blankets available at the location?
Yoga mats are provided. However, if you prefer your own mat or blanket, please bring it with you.
What do I need to bring?

I'm nervous about coming alone. Any advice?
We highly recommend you take up our special 2 for 1 monthly membership offer. You will be able to get to know your fellow retreat participants, and quickly realise you are not alone.
 
Many people come to our retreats alone and leave with lifelong friends. If you feel called to come along, we encourage you to follow your heart and trust there is a reason for you to be here with us.
 
It is a great opportunity to 'lean in' and embrace the adventurous side of you
Does it matter that I have never done yoga?
Not at all. We are able to modify any of the activities to suit your ability. We have many people attend our retreats who have never done any kind of yoga and it is never an issue.
I'm worried about my physical abilities & health.
We can adapt all of our activities to suit anyone's needs or challenges. There is no need to worry about this. We ask each participant to complete a questionnaire prior to attending where you can advise us of any health concerns you have.
