Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made before August 14, 2025 (90 days before the retreat start date):

a.) will receive a full refund less a €300 cancellation fee,

b.) or can be issued a retreat credit for the ticket price paid, valid for one year, which can only be transferred to another retreat once.

2. Cancellations made between August 14th and October 1st, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the full payment price.

3. Cancellations made after October 1st, 2025 (less than 6 weeks before the retreat start date) will result in a total loss of funds.

4. If you can find a replacement for your booking, the above cancellation terms will not apply.

a.) Live In Flow will not be responsible for finding a suitable replacement, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
b.) Transfers must be advised and completed no later than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

5. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the retreat minimum. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.

6. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

7. If the change or cancellation is due to force major (i.e. political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, Acts of God, adverse weather or other similar events beyond the control of Live In Flow Retreats), there will be no refunds given. Please ensure your travel insurance policy covers you for any cancellations.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ OUR RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING 
The retreat commences on Wednesday at 3:00 PM. The doors to the hall will be opened 15 minutes prior to the retreat. Registrations at the hotel reception will be possible from 12:00 PM, but since the official check-in time is from 2:00 PM, you might need to wait a bit for your room to be ready. In that case, you can leave your luggage at the reception and use all the hotel facilities.

Your booking includes:

- lectures, all practices, meditations, and exercises,
- all necessary retreat materials,

Before the retreat, you will receive instructions on what to bring to make your work and stay as comfortable as possible.

In advance, if you wish, you can prepare comfortable clothing, your favourite blanket or warm scarf, a yoga mat, and a water bottle.

If you find yourself in a situation that prevents you from attending the retreat on the scheduled days, you have the following options with your ticket:

a) Transfer or sell it to another person interested in attending the retreat (in your arrangement).

b) Exchange it for a voucher* that you can use for another service or retreat offered by Live in Flow.

* The voucher amount will be reduced by fixed costs, fees, and services, as per the Terms and Conditions.

Additionally, you can take a taxi or rent a car.

Option 2: Taxi / Uber / Bolt (Fast & Flexible)
• Taxis are available outside the arrivals terminal.
• Uber & Bolt operate at Split Airport and are often cheaper than regular taxis.
• Estimated cost: €35-€50, depending on traffic and demand.
• Travel time: 30-40 minutes.

Option 3: Airport Bus + Taxi (Budget-friendly)
Step 1: Airport Shuttle Bus to Split City Center
• Take the Pleso Prijevoz Airport Shuttle to Split Main Bus Station (Autobusni Kolodvor Split).
• Departs every 30 minutes; costs around €8.
• Travel time: 30-40 minutes.

Step 2: Taxi/Uber/Bolt from Split to Le Méridien Lav
• From Split Bus Station, take a taxi or Uber/Bolt to Le Méridien Lav.
• Travel time: 10-15 minutes.
• Cost: Around €10-€15.


Option 4: Rental Car (For Independence) 
• Rent a car from Split Airport (agencies include Sixt, Hertz, and Avis).
• Drive to Le Méridien Lav via D8 coastal road.
• Travel time: 30-40 minutes.
• Parking available at the hotel.

In case you are arriving from Zagreb, there are a few options:

Option 1: Bus (Most Affordable & Direct)
Step 1: From Zagreb Airport to Zagreb Bus Station
Take the Pleso Prijevoz shuttle bus from Zagreb Airport to Zagreb Main Bus Station (Autobusni Kolodvor Zagreb).
Buses run every 30 minutes, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes.
Tickets can be purchased online or directly from the driver (approx. €8).

Step 2: From Zagreb Bus Station to Split
Take a direct FlixBus, Arriva, or Croatia Bus to Split Bus Station (Autobusni Kolodvor Split).
The trip takes 4-5.5 hours, depending on the route (coastal or highway).
Ticket prices range from €20-€30.
Buses depart regularly throughout the day. Book in advance for a smooth journey.

Step 3: From Split to the Retreat Venue
Upon arrival in Split, you can take a pre-arranged shuttle, Uber/Bolt, or taxi to the retreat venue.

Option 2: Rental Car (Best for Flexibility)
Step 1: Rent a Car at Zagreb Airport
Multiple car rental agencies operate at Zagreb Airport, including Sixt, Hertz, Avis, and Enterprise.
Prices start from around €40 per day, depending on availability and season.
Booking in advance is recommended.

Step 2: Drive from Zagreb to Split
Take the A1 highway (Autocesta A1) from Zagreb to Split.
The drive takes approximately 3.5-4 hours (approx. 410 km).
Toll cost: Around €25 (payable by cash or credit card).
There are several rest stops along the way for food, fuel, and breaks.

Step 3: Drive to the Retreat Venue
Once in Split, follow the provided retreat venue directions.

Option 3: Private Transfer (Most Comfortable)
If you prefer a private, stress-free experience, you can book a private driver.
Prices start from €250-€350 for a one-way trip.
Various companies offer door-to-door service from Zagreb Airport to our retreat venue.


Additional Notes
• If traveling by bus, check schedules and book tickets in advance via www.getbybus.com or www.akz.hr/en.

• If renting a car, bring your driver's license and a credit card for the deposit.

• Highway driving in Croatia is easy with well-maintained roads and clear signs.

• The fastest and most flexible option is renting a car, while the bus is the most affordable.

The food is one of the highlights! And don't worry, you will be well-fed.
 
The meals provided will be a variety from vegan to meat dishes. 
 
We will do our best to accommodate your dietary requirements (such as allergies). Please make sure you have submitted your dietary requirements form to Live In Flow.
 
We've spared no expense with this as we believe the choices of food we eat effect our health, our environment and our communities.
 
Croatia has an abundance of local fresh produce, and we want to take advantage of this.

This allows us to use organic and pesticide-free whenever possible. All food is prepared on-site, which ensures the absolute freshest food possible.

No, there are no cooking facilities in the rooms, and the hotel kitchen is not available to guests.
Not during the retreat. You can book massage appointments pre and post retreat if you are staying longer than the retreat dates.
The hotel offers a laundry service.
Yoga mats and blankets are NOT provided. Please bring them with you.

Not at all. We are able to modify any of the activities to suit your ability. We have many people attend our retreats who have never done any kind of yoga and it is never an issue.
We can adapt all of our activities to suit anyone's needs or challenges. There is no need to worry about this. We ask each participant to complete a questionnaire prior to attending where you can advise us of any health concerns you have.
