Please Note: There are limited amount of rooms with twin share, double bed occupancy and single occupancy. We can not shuffle beds to accomodate once filled.
 
If you are coming alone and book a twin share, we will place you in a twin share with someone of the same gender.
 
If you are coming with someone else and are wanting to be in the same room, please ensure you email us immediately after purchase with both names and contact numbers to ensure you are placed in the same room (twin room or double bed). 
What's Included
  • Four nights accomodation at the beautiful Gymea Eco Spa in Uki, Northern NSW.
  • ALL your amazing meals are included at the retreat starting with dinner on the first night, and ending with lunch on the last day.
  • All spiritual teachings, meditations, and ceremonies led by Guy, Petra and Matt.
What's Not Included
  • Your flights to Balina/Byron or Gold Coast airports,  and transport to Gymea Eco Spa. 
  • Any accomodation outside of the four nights. 
  • Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance
  • Alcoholic beverages (This is a non-alcohol retreat)
  • The Spa services 
Cancelation Policy
1. Cancellations made before February 01st, 2023 (90 days before the retreat start date):

a. will receive a full refund less a $350 cancellation fee,
b. or can be issued a retreat credit for the ticket price paid, valid for one year, which can only be transferred to another retreat one time.

2. Cancellations made between February 01st and March 15th, 2024 (will result in a loss of 50% of the full payment price.

3. Cancellations made after March 15th, 2024 (less than 6 weeks before the retreat start date) will result in a total loss of funds.

4. If you are able to find a replacement for your booking then the above cancellation terms will not apply.

a. Live In Flow will not be responsible for finding a suitable replacement, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
b. Transfers must be advised and completed no later than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

5. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the retreat minimum. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.

6. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

7. If the change or cancellation is due to force major (i.e. political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, Acts of God, adverse weather or other similar events beyond the control of Live In Flow Retreats, there will be no refunds given. Please ensure your travel insurance policy covers you for any cancellations.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 1.15pm-2pm on the Wednesday, and check out is 2pm after lunch on the Sunday.
What airport do I fly into?
Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport - is a 45 minute drive in a shuttle or taxi to Gymea Eco Resort.
Where is the retreat being held?
The retreat is being held at Gymea Eco Retreat & Spa in Uki, Northern NSW. Lear more here.
How to get to the retreat center?
We offer a shuttle bus transfer from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) to the Retreat Center. The cost of this is $90 return. We will send you a booking link to you once you register for the retreat.

Can guests arrive before the retreat start date?
No. You will need to seek accomodation outside of the retreat center.
Is there a town at walking distance?
No, though Uki village is only a 5 minute drive. We strongly encourage people to stay on the grounds throughout the retreat and hit the pause button from the outside world.
Is there WIFI at Gymea?
No, but there is good phone signal.
Are meals included on retreat?
Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided once the retreat starts - the first meal will be dinner on the eve of check-in. The last meal will be 12pm lunch on the final day.
What food is provided on retreat?
The food is one of the highlights! And don't worry, you will be well food.
 
The meals provided will be a variety of vegetarian and some meat dishes. Veganism can be catered for (make sure you let us know on your dietary requirements form).

We will do its best to accommodate your dietary requirements. Please make sure you have submitted your dietary requirements form to Live In Flow.
 
We've spared no expense with this as we believe the choices of food we eat effect our health, our environment and our communities.
 
Byron Bay has an abundance of local fresh produce and we want to take advantage of this.

This allows us to use organic and pesticide-free whenever possible. All food is prepared on-site, ensuring us the absolute freshest food possible.

Can we cook in the premises?
No, there are no cooking facilities in the rooms, and the hotel kitchen is not available to guests.
Do you have massage appointments?
No.
Do you have laundry service?
No.
Are there yoga mats & blankets available at the location?
Yoga mats, blankets and blocks are provided in the octagon. However, if you prefer your own mat or blanket, please bring it with you.
What do I need to bring?
- Water Bottle
- Comfortable clothes.
- Lightweight long sleeve tops and pants to wear at dawn and dusk for mosquito protection
- Natural mosquito repellent
- Sunscreen & hat
- Toiletries (The Ananda provide toilet paper, towels, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer)
- Swimmers / swimming shorts
- Sarong  / light blanket (optional)
- Socks (optional: for wearing in the octagon)
- Eye masks (to cover your eyes when lying down - optional)
- Torch
- Journal/Notebook and Pen
- Yoga mat (yoga mats are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own)
- Headphones to play mp3 from phone/iPod
I'm nervous about coming alone. Any advice?
We highly recommend you take up our bonus 3 month membership offer for $1. You will be able to get to know your fellow retreat participants, and quickly realise you are not alone.
 
Many people come to our retreats alone and leave with lifelong friends. If you feel called to come along, we encourage you to follow your heart and trust there is a reason for you to be here with us.
 
It is a great opportunity to 'lean in' and embrace the adventurous side of you
Does it matter that I have never done yoga?
Not at all. We are able to modify any of the activities to suit your ability. We have many people attend our retreats who have never done any kind of yoga and it is never an issue.
I'm worried about my physical abilities & health.
We can adapt all of our activities to suit anyone's needs or challenges. There is no need to worry about this. We ask each participant to complete a questionnaire prior to attending where you can advise us of any health concerns you have.
 
All we ask is that you bring an open mind and a willingness to explore new possibilities.
