- Alcoholic beverages and sodas at the hotel. This is an alcohol free retreat.
- The incredible Spa and Boutique services offered at the hotel are not included in our package.
a. will receive a full refund less a $350 cancellation fee,
b. or can be issued a retreat credit for the ticket price paid, valid for one year, which can only be transferred to another retreat one time.
2. Cancellations made between April 6th and May 15th, 2026 (45 to 90 days before the retreat start date) will result in a loss of 50% of the full payment price.
3. Cancellations made after May 15th, 2026 (less than 45 days before the retreat start date) will result in a total loss of funds.
4. If you are able to find a replacement for your booking then the above cancellation terms will not apply.
a. Live In Flow will not be responsible for finding a suitable replacement, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
b. Transfers must be advised and completed no later than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
5. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the retreat minimum. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.
6. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
7. If the change or cancellation is due to force major (i.e. political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, Acts of God, adverse weather or other similar events beyond the control of Live In Flow Retreats, there will be no refunds given. Please ensure your travel insurance policy covers you for any cancellations.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
- Post retreat group integration call for all participants. We'll check in with each other and see how we're doing, what has changed, and what new actions we're putting into place in our lives. We'll make sure we're not getting pulled back into any old habit patterns, so we can move foward knowing we're exactly where we need to be right now.

Do I need a visa and to fill in a Customs Declaration form? |
You can buy a Visa on Arrival (VOA) valid for 30 days at the airport (if you are not an Australian citizen just check that your country is valid for a VOA: https://indonesianembassy.de/visa-on-arrival-voa/

What airport do I fly into, and what time should I book my flights? |
Depending on traffic, Komune Resort is 1 hour from Denpasar International Airport. When arriving in Bali, please make sure your flight arrives in plenty of time to make your way to Komune Resort by 2pm at the very latest. Retreat start time is 2.30pm.

After the ATM booths there are SIM card booths.
Wise seems to be the best currency exchange service. If you create an account in Australia they will post you an ATM card to use whilst overseas, and you can download their app to transfer funds from AUD to IDR: https://wise.com

The room accommodations at Komune include Twin Share rooms with two single beds, as well as Single occupancy rooms, each featuring a private ensuite with shower and high-speed WiFi.

Local fresh ingredients are used whenever possible. We have requested that no MSG or sugar be added to the meals and little salt.
Meals will be a variety of vegetarian and some meat dishes. Veganism can be catered for (make sure you let us know on your dietary requirements form).
The hotel will do its best to accommodate your dietary requirements. Please make sure you have submitted your dietary requirements form to Live In Flow.
Light snacks and refreshing beverages can be enjoyed at the bar (not included in the retreat package).

Are there yoga mats & blankets available at the location? |
There are no blankets in the Yoga Shala. Please bring a light blanket or sarong to cover yourself at dawn and dusk as it can be a little cooler.

Are there mosquitoes? |
Please bring natural insect repellent as well as lightweight long sleeve tops and pants to wear at dawn and dusk. We will also have insect repellent at the Yoga Shala and will burn mosquito coils. A light blanket or sarong will also be useful when lying down, to cover yourself.

What do I need to bring? |
- Comfortable clothes - it'll be hot during the day, and cooler in the evenings
- Lightweight long sleeve tops and pants to wear at dawn and dusk for mosquito protection
- Natural mosquito repellent
- Sunscreen & hat
- Toiletries (The Ananda provide toilet paper, towels, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer)
- Swimmers / swimming shorts
- Sarong (you can easily buy in Bali) / light blanket
- Socks (for wearing in the Yoga Shala)
- Eye masks (to cover your eyes when lying down - optional)
- Torch
- Journal/Notebook and Pen
- Yoga mat (yoga mats are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own)
